How do you pronounce your name?
It's pronounced Po with a silent 'ae'. It is not po ee or po aa, it is just Po.
Where did you come up with Poae?
When I was fifteen it was the awesome and cool thing to make up your own name. Seeing how I was a poet, I loved Edgar Allen Poe and Poe the singer / songwriter, it just made sense to me that my name be Poe too. Unfortunately the rule was that our names had to be numberically correct and Poe did not match up with Amanda. So I decided to be all 1337 and put the first letter of my name in it Po(a)e and say it was silent. Yeah so I cheated, STFU.
Yes, it means a disease on wheat grass. Which is kinda neat since wheat grass is the greatest cleanser of toxins in your body. >.>
Are you a model?
I guess the best answer is; technically. I don't personally consider myself a 'model' as my personal ideal of a model is someone plastered on Cosmo. I have modeled for independent photographers for the last five years. I have been in two books, one magazine (that I know of), seven galleries, and in runway. I know of two people who have purchased photos of me to put up in their living room and I'm sure somewhere in the world I am on someones desktop. Oddly though... I still don't consider myself a model, much to the disappointment of my photographers. Yes, I have been asked to make it into a full time career and I declined. Sometimes I like to model, sometimes I don't, and I don't want to be stuck in the mix of "having" to do something I do for personal enjoyment or to help out some friends here and there.
I'd like to use one of your photos, can I?
That really depends. Some of the photos I own, some I own partial copyright, and some I don't. It is just a basic rule of thumb that if you want to use one of my photos or purchase one of my photos that you need to email me. If you are going to steal my photo without asking me then I at least suggest you put a comment somewhere on who the photographer / model is because if one or both of us come across it I can sue your stupid ass for stealing my photo.
Are you single?
Yes. I think I am single by default. No, that does not mean I will date you. Just because I'm single doesn't mean I'm desperate wtf.
You have a kid?
Yes, and he can kick your ass in Halo.
Are you a gamer?
I am more of an old school gamer. And by old school I mean table top rpg. "In my day" old school meant D&D, World of Darkness, Shadowrun, and Warhammer. Now it defines the console gaming generation. I do own everything from a Super Nintendo to the X-Box (sorry haven't gotten a Wii yet). Purchasing games for consoles became so damn expensive (I have shelves of them) that we branched off into multi-player online games. Yes, I currently have every Blizzard product (even their board and card game), but I am not so much an addict. I play when I'm not doing the other million hobbies I've collected.
Do you play World of Warcraft?
Yes, but I'm such a n00b this question shouldn't even be related to me. No, I will not tell you what server I'm on and no I don't want to play with you.
You currently are Mod at Machinima101.com, how did you get into Machinima? And how did you become Moderator of a Machinima website?
Well... I got into Machinima the same year apparently all the big artists did (besides Craftingworlds - they've been around since the dawn of WoW). I just didn't become an 'artist' or start playing WoW to become an artist. I was "artist support" as I like to call myself. So I got into Machinima by stuffing Terran (of Rufus3) full of pizza, mountain dew, and Jelly Bellys when he was unemployeed.
I became friends with Tristan (Craftingworlds) shortly after Terran (Rufus3) moved to California to work for Blizzard Entertainment. I have an extensive background in running/assisting websites (eight + years) and had been giving him my advice during the creation of Machinima101. He eventually just asked me to assist with the website and I became a Moderator. Most of what I do is behind the scenes; currently I like to fancy myself the "Idea Junkie".

What other hobbies do you have?
I actually would like to pretend I am a writer. I came out of the womb with a pencil and I'll probably die with Notepad on. I also like to pretend I'm a singer, sometimes I like to pretend I'm a cook, but I probably spend most of my time being advice and counsel to my extensive 'friends lists'.
I love to read, I read everything. My library consists of various Sci Fi / Fantasy artists, writing books, strange religious texts, and random weird $1 books you find on the shelves of used book stores. Online I generally read articles based on Machinima and about a hundred web comics daily. I don't like reading the news...
Could I hire you for either modeling or website assistance? If so, what are your rates? Do you work for TFP?
You can ask and I can look at my imaginary schedule. Yes, it is possible but it depends greatly on what you are asking me to model and/or assist with. Please email me for rates and time. I only do TFP (or pro bono site work) for non-friends on occassion but feel free to ask.

Yes, there is only one Poae and that is me. No I do not work for Whatthefuck or Darkrelic any longer.

I would love nothing more than to sit down and have coffee with George RR Martin or Tom Robbins. I even thought about stalking Tom Robbins as he apparently lives here in Seattle somewhere... but I thought that required too much effort.

Too many... ha! Um, I'll just put shamless plugs for a few I'm usually on daily. This, however, does not include the dozens of other places I go for webcomics or personal blogs.
